Vacuum switches are verified and calibrated to guarantee instantaneous activation of audible and visual alarms within a critical threshold (with replacement of gaskets or non-return valves where leaks are detected).
- Indicators and alarms: low-vacuum indicator lights, audible and visual alarms, and vacuum gauge readings.
- Electrical, battery and charger: connections, switches, state of charge.
- Critical mechanical components: on motorized vacuum lifters that tilt via a trapezoidal screw, the wear-prone bronze nut is replaced.
- Identification and documentation: serial number, safe working load. We issue an inspection or full overhaul certificate to be attached to the user manual.
